Established as a speakeasy during the prohibition years, Gallagher's Steak House is celebrating 80 years of operation. Gallagher's is best identified by its signature meat aging room stocked with the best USDA Prime dry aged beef; a popular restaurant feature since 1964, when Jerome Brody (of then Restaurant Associates fame) purchased the restaurant. What set us apart is our commitment to using the best quality ingredients, dry-aging in-house and cooking on a hickory coal grill.
